russian love making

Back in the days before the fall of the Berlin Wall, I was at George Washington University studying for my Masters degree in Europe Eastern Studies. I had no idea Why. I was captivated by everything inexplicably in this part of world politics, economics, but above all the history
My adviser is an escape from Siberia, where he had been sent for that policy beliefs. still loved his country, however, like most Russians do. during our seminars we have gradually made its world view. I had read all of Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, and some Gogol. The only book I read from the Soviet era was the Doctor Zhivago, but now I started to read Russian poets, playwrights, novelists and other modern Russian.  Why?  Because Dr. Petrov explained that the best way to get taste for a period of history is to read a really excellent novel set in that I was passionate age. Russia, for Because I could not explain. All messages Russians seem to appeal to something in my blood, even if my ancestors was greatest enemy German-Russian!
Similarly, I was fascinated by Poland, which I visited as a undergraduate. The people will carry their national identity with great pride, even if they were subject to Soviets. They stubbornly cling to their religion, Catholicism Roman, but were forbidden by their rulers. It was no surprise to me when Lech Walenza started Solidarity, the first union in the Soviet bloc.
Shortly after completing my studies, I started digging in my own family history. I had a very bad opinion Germans, although I was half German. I lived in Austria, and much preferred that country to Germany. Then I discovered something truly extraordinary!  Germans my mother had lived in Russia for 140 years!  This has been communicated to stepmother me by my grandfather, who was still alive at age 104, and had lived herself. My grandfather was born there, a fact which has been prevented him. My fascination for the Russian was a voice in my blood.
And what about Poland?  As I studied German my father, I was in Ratzebuhr, a city that was part of Germany which is now Poland. They were married Polenka there seems to be a very name. Polenske The Polish aristocracy were rich back in the day.
These voices worked in me, and because I am a writer, I eventually chose to write historical fiction, (historical romance) dealing with the old empires that effected my ancestors, and hoped that I was making it possible for those times to come alive for my readers, as Dr. Petrov had promised.
